Conduct routine inspections, diagnostics, and maintenance of automotive Heavy vehicles and equipment used in waste management operations.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and Diesel systems in company Heavy vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend vehicle lifespan.Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure availability of necessary spare parts and tools.Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts replacements in compliance with company and regulatory standards.Assist in the design and modification of Heavy vehicles systems to improve efficiency and adapt to operational needs.Support the training of operators and drivers on proper Heavy vehicles use and basic troubleshooting.Ensure all work is performed in accordance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.Participate in root cause analysis for recurring mechanical issues and recommend corrective actions.Stay updated with advancements in automotive engineering and integrate best practices into daily operations.Manage group of technicians Minimum of 10 year of hands-on experience in automotive mechanical engineering Heavy vehicles a must . Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in Heavy vehicles a must Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices and vehicle inspection protocols.Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools and software.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, operational environment.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Commitment to safety, environmental sustainability, and regulatory compliance.Flexibility to work on-site and respond to urgent maintenance needs.Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
