• Oversee daily flight reservation and ticketing operations for individual and corporate clients.• Manage domestic and international flight bookings, ticket issuance, reissues, refunds, and cancellations.• Supervise and support the ticketing team to ensure operational efficiency.• Monitor airline fares and secure the best routing and pricing options for clients.• Handle complex itineraries, group bookings, and special travel requests.• Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, consolidators, and travel partners.• Ensure compliance with airline policies, fare rules, and travel regulations.• Resolve escalated customer complaints and urgent booking issues.• Monitor sales targets, booking performance, and revenue generation.• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.• Train and develop team members on reservation systems and ticketing procedures.• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and increase profitability.Preferred Skills:• Leadership & Team Management• Problem-solving• Decision-making under pressure• Customer service orientation• Attention to detail • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in airline reservation and ticketing within a tourism company.• Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial role.• Strong experience in GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.• Excellent knowledge of airline fares, routing, ticket exchanges, refunds, and reissues.• Strong leadership and team management skills.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
