Location: Borg El Arab, AlexandriaIndustry: Plastics ManufacturingAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to lead and grow our industrial sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales within the plastics manufacturing or industrial sector, with the ability to develop new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and achieve ambitious sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.Identify and acquire new industrial customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.Lead sales negotiations and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.Collaborate with Production, Planning, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to maximize performance.Participate in exhibitions, customer visits, and business development activities. Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B Sales, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.Mandatory experience in plastics manufacturing or industrial companies.Strong knowledge of industrial sales, key account management, and business development.Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Very good command of English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.Willingness to travel when required.
