What You'll Be Doing: Build Business Cases: Identify and validate commercial opportunities in new sectors.Lead Generation: Execute cutting-edge campaigns to fill the pipeline with high-quality prospects.Market Intelligence: Analyze trends and competitive landscapes to identify untapped potential.On-Site Verification: Visit compounds, hotels, and retail hubs to assess feasibility.Hunting: Proactively secure new B2B partners and clients.Feedback Loop: Feed field insights back to the product team to refine our tech. Experience: 5+ years in B2B Sales, PropTech, or Real Estate.Mindset: Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable working independently.Mobility: Must be willing to conduct frequent local site visits.Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Egyptian commercial landscape.
