Role OverviewYou will be responsible for onboarding, supporting users, collecting feedback, and driving productadoption.Key Responsibilities• Follow up with incoming leads "No Cold Calls", through (Calls, WhatsApp, Messenger, forms)• Onboard merchants and help them start using the platform• Support users and solve issues• Collect feedback, bugs, and feature requests• Track and report insights to the team Requirements• Experience in SaaS sales or customer success• Strong communication skills (Arabic + basic English)• Organized and detail-oriented• Comfortable using CRM/toolsBonus Skills• Ecommerce or logistics experience• Shopify/WooCommerce familiarity• Experience with Egyptian online sellersWorking HoursFollow up with leads (Calls, WhatsApp, Messenger, forms)Part-time – 4 hours/day, Saturday to Thursday (12:00 PM - 04:00 PM)
