Job Summary Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer - CRO, in this role, Sales Account Manager will have full responsibility for all aspects of the sales cycle. SAM will be responsible for developing new business through discovery calls and demos of the product with enterprise customers in a diverse range of industries.Key Responsibilities· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.· Responsible for the sales process from the prospecting till the closure against a monthly target.· Developing new business opportunities through discovery calls and demos of the product with a diverse range of industries to expand eBen’s client base. · Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals aligned with company objectives.· Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.· Work closely with internal teams (finance, operations, marketing) to deliver solutions that meet client needs. · Reporting performance on CRM tool (Odoo) on a daily basis.· Any other work-related tasks that may be requested by the company’s CEORequirements · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.· A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus· 4–6 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.Experience in B2B sales preferably within the KSA/ UAE is highly valuable.Experience in SaaS, ERP, technology, or consulting industry is highly valuable.· Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.· Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.· Understanding of local market dynamics and business culture in the UAE/GCC regionSkills & Competencies Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, and ERP solutions (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.Ability to prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong relationship-building and client management abilities.Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.High level of self-motivation, resilience, and adaptability.Team player with collaborative spirit.Fluency in English Language both written and spoken.
