Job Description:1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Identify and approach potential clients across target industries Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and referrals Build and maintain strong sales pipeline2. Consultative Sales Approach Understand client needs and position Tawzef as a strategic HR partner Present tailored solutions (Recruitment, Outsourcing, Payroll, EOR, Consultancy) Move beyond “selling CVs” → selling solutions3. Client Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with clients Act as a key point of contact for client communication Ensure high client satisfaction and retention4. Proposal & Negotiation Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements Negotiate commercial terms and close deals5. Market Intelligence Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and hiring needs Provide insights to internal teams for better positioningRequirements:3 years of experience in B2B sales / business development Experience in one of the following is a strong plus:Recruitment agencies HR services / outsourcing Saa S / B2B services Strong understanding of sales cycles and client acquisition Proven track record in closing deals and hitting targets Strong communication and presentation skills
