About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior B2B Sales Executive specialized in furniture and woodworks only to join Module Streamline.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mega projects, handling large-scale interior fit-out and furniture solutions across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. This role requires a strong sales background, technical understanding, and the ability to manage complex project-based sales cycles.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage high-value B2B sales opportunities in furniture and woodworks mega projectsBuild and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project ownersHandle full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closureUnderstand client requirements and provide tailored furniture solutionsReview drawings, BOQs, and project specificationsPrepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close dealsCoordinate with design, technical, and production teamsAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsRequirements:Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales in furniture and woodworks onlyStrong experience in mega projects is a mustProven track record in project-based sales (not retail)Strong knowledge of wood materials, finishes, and furniture manufacturing processesAbility to read drawings and BOQsExcellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills
