Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets for project-based sales.Identify and target potential customers in the construction, real estate, and development sectors.Maintain and nurture relationships with key accounts, providing a high level of customer service.Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines.Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure proper documentation and follow-up on sales leads.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay competitive and adjust sales strategies accordingly.Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings to promote the company’s services and develop new business opportunities.Provide sales forecasts and regular reports on project sales performance.Manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project outdoor sales, preferably within the construction.Proven track record of successfully managing large projects and closing deals with key clients.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend project sites.Owning a personal car & valid driving license is highly preferable.
