Location: EgyptWork Type: Full-timeCompany: AI Security AcademyCompensation: Base salary based on experience + commissionExperience Required: Minimum 5 years in B2B salesAbout the RoleAI Security Academy is looking for an experienced B2B Sales Executive based in Egypt to help us grow our AI security training, certification, and hands-on lab offerings across businesses, universities, and enterprise customers.This role is ideal for someone with at least 5 years of experience selling training, cybersecurity services, technology solutions, SaaS, professional education, or similar B2B services.You will be responsible for identifying prospects, reaching out to potential customers, booking meetings, following up with leads, and helping close sales for our AI security courses, labs, and enterprise training packages.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and contact potential B2B customers, including companies, universities, training centers, cybersecurity teams, and enterprise buyers.Sell AI Security Academy training programs, certifications, labs, and enterprise awareness solutions.Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone, and other sales channels.Book discovery calls and product demo meetings.Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.Understand customer needs and position the right training solution.Support proposal preparation, pricing discussions, and deal closure.Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, opportunities, and sales activity.Work closely with the leadership team to improve messaging, targeting, and sales strategy.Required Skills and ExperienceMinimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience.Prior experience selling training, cybersecurity, technology, SaaS, professional education, or professional services.Strong spoken and written English is required.Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.Ability to speak confidently with business customers, managers, universities, and enterprise decision-makers.Comfortable using LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM tools, and online meeting platforms.Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.Ability to understand technical training offerings and explain them in a simple business-focused way.Professional attitude and strong work ethic.Preferred ExperienceExperience selling cybersecurity training, IT training, SaaS, compliance, or enterprise learning solutions.Existing network in universities, banks, telecoms, government, healthcare, or technology companies.Experience selling to customers in GCC, Europe, US and other international markets.Familiarity with AI, cybersecurity, cloud, or compliance topics is a plus.CompensationThis role includes:Base salary based on experienceCommission on closed salesPerformance-based growth opportunitiesThe right candidate will have the opportunity to grow with the company as AI Security Academy expands internationally.How to ApplyPlease send your CV and a short message explaining your B2B sales experience, the types of customers you have sold to, and why you are interested in selling AI security training.
