Organize activities and work to ensure that all work within a specific area of the B2B section activity is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of section systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.Responsible of Opening new deals (clients). Must make sure to Restart the non-active clients. 5 -10 relevant years of experience in B2B sales (industrial) including at least 3 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.Must have High Negotiation Skills.Must have High Communication Skills.
