Job Responsibilities:B2B & B2G Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities across both private enterprises and government sectors.Tenders & Proposals: Actively monitor government and corporate portals for relevant RFPs/RFQs (tenders). Assist in preparing, submitting, and presenting winning technical and financial proposals.Consultative Selling: Understand the unique pain points of corporate executives and government officials to pitch tailored consulting services.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and procurement officers in both sectors.Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with both company policies and government procurement regulations.Pipeline Management: Track all sales activities, meetings, and tender statuses accurately using the company’s CRM system.Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, government budgets, and regulatory changes that could open new avenues for consulting services. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.2 to 4 years of proven sales experience in B2B. Experience in B2G or handling government tenders is a massive plus.Deep understanding of corporate buying cycles and public sector procurement processes.Exceptional presentation, communication, and formal negotiation skills.Target-oriented with a strong ability to handle the longer sales cycles typical of B2G and enterprise B2B deals.Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Arabic (crucial for official government correspondences and corporate proposals).Resident of New Cairo or nearby areas is preferred.
