What You’ll Do: Drive outbound calls to onboard retailers & wholesalers. Guide new users through app registration and first‑order activation. Promote product lines, commercial programs & volume deals. Build and maintain a healthy portfolio of active customers using CRM. Contribute directly to monthly sales and GMV targets. 2–5 years of B2B telesales experience (FMCG or e‑commerce preferred). Strong communication, persistence, and a performance‑driven mindset. Ability to handle high call volumes daily. Comfortable working with digital platforms & CRM tools.
