The Back Office Agent will handle a wide range of tasks, including managing inbound and outbound communications through calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, processing requests, and collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications Customer Support and Communication skills to effectively address customer inquiries and provide outstanding service.Proficiency in Call Handling, Active Listening, and Problem-Solving to manage and resolve issues effectively during customer interactions.Data Entry and Documentation skills to accurately record customer information and maintain organized records.Basic Computer Literacy and familiarity with CRM Tools or Call Center Software are essential.Strong time management, adaptability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in spoken and written English. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.Prior experience in a similar role or within a call center environment is advantageous.High school diploma or equivalent is required, while additional certifications or degrees in customer service or related fields are a bonus.
