Role Description As a Banking Customer Service Advisor at Concentrix, you will assist customers by providing excellent support in resolving queries and addressing their banking needs. This full-time position is based on-site in Cairo and involves handling customer inquiries via phone or email, managing account-related issues, providing information about products and services, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
