This role includes planning menus, supervising food preparation and cooking, and ensuring that dishes meet quality, presentation, and timing standards. The Banquet Chef coordinates with the food and beverage team to manage service flow, portion control, and guest satisfaction. Daily tasks involve leading kitchen staff, monitoring inventory and food costs, enforcing hygiene and safety standards, and collaborating with event planners to meet client needs and dietary requirements.QualificationsStrong culinary skills with proficiency in Cooking and Food Preparation for high-volume banquet operations.Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel kitchens (4- or 5-star hotels preferred).Previous experience in hot, cold, and banquet kitchen operations.Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).Work Location New Cairo.
