The Barista will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, preparing food items, managing customer orders, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café. This role also involves engaging with customers, taking orders, providing memorable customer service, and ensuring satisfaction through every interaction.QualificationsProficiency in barista skills, including coffee preparation and beverage craftingStrong interpersonal and communication skills for creating a welcoming environment and engaging with customersCustomer service abilities to ensure a high-quality dining experienceBasic food preparation knowledge and adherence to food safety standardsFlexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a teamPrevious experience in similar roles or food service is a plusPositive attitude and enthusiasm for food, beverages, and customer satisfaction
