The Barista will prepare and serve a range of specialty teas and related beverages, following Martini’s recipes and quality standards. Responsibilities include brewing and presenting tea drinks, managing orders, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation and service area. The role involves engaging with guests, answering questions about tea origins, flavors, and preparation methods, and providing recommendations based on customer preferences. The Barista will also assist with inventory checks, restocking supplies, upholding food safety and hygiene practices, and supporting team members during peak service hours.Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to create a welcoming, professional guest experience.Barista experience with a focus on specialty tea preparation and beverage presentation.Clear Communication skills for interacting with guests and coordinating with team members.Basic Food Preparation knowledge and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.Ability to work on-site in New Cairo on a full-time schedule, including weekends or evenings as needed.Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Passion for tea, beverages, and hospitality; prior experience in cafés, restaurants, or hotels is an advantage.Willingness to learn Martini’s standards, recipes, and service procedures and contribute positively to team culture.
