As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional drinking experience for our customers by mixing and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.Welcome customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service throughout their visitTake drink orders, make recommendations, and inform customers about new beverages and specialsMix and prepare a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and creativityVerify customers' age by checking identification to ensure compliance with local liquor lawsManage cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately, ensuring proper change is givenMaintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glasses, utensils, and equipmentMonitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to managementDevelop new cocktail recipes to keep the drink menu fresh and excitingAdhere to all food safety, hygiene, and quality regulationsCollaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth service and customer satisfactionHandle customer concerns or complaints professionally and efficientlyQualificationsProven experience as a Bartender or in a similar roleExtensive knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and bar operationsUnderstanding of local liquor laws and commitment to responsible alcohol serviceExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanorStrong interpersonal and communication abilitiesExceptional multitasking and time management skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weightsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPositive attitude and ability to work well in a teamCreativity in developing new drink recipes and presentationsKnowledge of health and safety regulations in a bar settingProficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plusAdditional InformationYour Team And Working Environment A passionate and inspired team that creates unique experiences for all they meet.
