Role Overview We are looking for an experienced BPO Presales Lead with a strong emphasis on outsourcing related presales/bid management. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can coordinate and manage the full bid lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, competitive proposals. The successful candidate will be adept at managing multiple stakeholders, adhering to bid processes, and ensuring alignment with company capabilities and strategic goals. What would you do. Lead and manage the entire bid process from opportunity identification through to contract award, including RFPs, RFQs, and other client submissions. Coordinate bid activities across departments, working closely with sales, WFM, solutions, delivery, digital, IT, Transition, commercial, and legal teams. Support the Solutions team in developing and driving bid strategies, win themes, and compelling narratives tailored to client needs for each opportunity and industry. Oversee the creation and maintenance of proposal templates and bid documentation to ensure consistency and compliance, collaborating extensively with the Marketing team Ensure all bid submissions are of high quality, meet client requirements, and are aligned with corporate guidelines especially for commercial, legal and brand. Schedule and lead bid kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and final bid approvals before submission. Track and monitor bid timelines, addressing risks and challenges proactively to meet deadlines. Suggest bid strategies and outcomes to Solutions / Cross functional Team by providing analysis and insights for continuous improvement based on previous submissions. Maintain a dynamic repository of proposal content, win themes, and past bid responses for future reference and efficiency in responding to the bids. Support contract negotiations by providing relevant insights and documentation as required. What you bring to table- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field 5 years of experience in BPO presales with a strong background in bid and proposal management. Demonstrated success in managing complex bids and securing high-value contracts. Excellent project management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards. Strong communication skills for articulating strategies and leading stakeholder discussions. Proficiency in proposal management tools and software (e.g., MS Office Suite / CRM is a value add) Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and compliance. Effective leadership and cross-functional team coordination. Strategic, outcome-focused thinking. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High proficiency in MS word, PowerPoint and Excel for crafting compelling bid presentations/proposals. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive under tight timelines.
