The Bidding Manager is responsible for managing the full bid lifecycle — from opportunity identification and RFP analysis to proposal submission and post-bid review. The role requires strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and cross-functional coordination to deliver compliant, competitive, and high-quality proposals aligned with the company’s business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the end-to-end bid process for IT and cybersecurity opportunities.Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and tender documents to identify technical, commercial, and compliance requirements.Develop bid strategies including pricing approach, delivery timelines, risk assessment, and value proposition.Coordinate with Presales, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Technical teams to ensure alignment and timely submissions.Oversee proposal development to ensure accuracy, structure, and full compliance with customer requirements.Monitor bid timelines, milestones, and approvals.Support pricing development in collaboration with Finance to ensure competitiveness and profitability.Conduct post-bid reviews and implement lessons learned to improve win rates.Maintain bid documentation, templates, and tracking systems. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.Minimum 5+ years of experience in bid management within IT, system integration, or cybersecurity sectors.Strong understanding of IT solutions and cybersecurity services.Proven experience managing complex and high-value tenders.Strong commercial and financial awareness.Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills.Experience working with cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines.Strong organizational and time management skills.Experience using bid management tools or CRM systems.
