As a BID Manager at Müller's Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in leading the bid management process for our SAP solutions and services. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the preparation of high-quality proposals, ensuring they align with client requirements and organizational standards. You will work closely with sales teams, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to develop winning strategies that enhance our competitive position in the market.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate the entire bid process, from bid/no-bid decision to submission and post-bid reviewCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals that highlight our SAP solutions and servicesResearch and analyze client needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings to inform bid strategiesEnsure compliance with all client requirements, including pricing, documentation, and submission formatsPresent bid proposals to stakeholders and facilitate discussions to drive decisionsGather feedback and conduct post-submission reviews to continuously improve the bid processMaintain a repository of bid materials, templates, and best practices for future useRequirementsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldProven experience in bid management or proposal writing, preferably within the SAP solutions/services sectorStrong understanding of the bidding process and proposal development methodologiesExcellent project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlinesExceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex informationStrong analytical and research skills to inform bid strategiesAbility to work collaboratively within cross-functional teamsProficiency in using proposal management tools and softwareDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills
