Role DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our fast-paced BPO operations. This is an essential role within our Global Delivery Center, focused on maintaining the high service standards our international clients expect.The Role:• Quality Monitoring: Evaluate live and recorded interactions in both French and English to ensure compliance with BPO quality frameworks.• Performance Calibration: Provide direct, actionable feedback to agents to drive service excellence.• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Team Leaders and Operations Managers to identify performance gaps and trends.• Operational Excellence: Support high-volume recruitment "batch" intakes by ensuring new hires meet quality benchmarks from day one.Requirements• Language Skills: Full professional fluency in both French and English (C1 Level).• Flexibility: Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotating shift environment.• Location: This is a 100% on-site position at 3 Towers Mall, New Cairo (El Rehab).• BPO Experience: Previous experience in QA, coaching, or high-volume recruitment within a BPO.Benefits:• Competitive salary and benefits package.• A professional, high-energy work environment in a prime El Rehab location.• Exposure to global accounts and career growth opportunities within our expanding GDC operations.
