Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual Reservations Agent located in Cairo, Egypt. The Bilingual Reservations Agent will be responsible for handling reservations, managing customer service inquiries, employing proper phone etiquette, and performing receptionist duties. The agent should be fluent in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with diverse clientele. Qualifications Proven experience in Customer Service and handling ReservationsStrong Phone Etiquette and Communication skillsExperience with Receptionist DutiesFluency in Spanish and English is requiredExcellent interpersonal and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in a similar role is a plus
