Thisposition requires strong analytical capabilities, ownership of escalations, andactive contribution to process improvements and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and monitor daily reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.Investigate, manage, and resolve complex reconciliation discrepancies and escalations.Oversee and support resolution of high-risk and sensitive operational cases.Analyze reconciliation trends and identify root causes of recurring issues.Prepare and present management reports, dashboards, and analysis.Coordinate with internal departments and external partners on pending issues, settlements, and process gaps.Support process enhancement initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and controls.Ensure adherence to operational procedures, compliance standards, and internal controls.Provide guidance and support to junior team members when neededQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in reconciliation, payment operations, or financial services.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Proven experience handling escalations and operational risk cases.Solid understanding of reconciliation processes, transaction flows, and controls.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
