This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in manufacturing invoicing, dispatch, documentation, and compliance.???? Role Objective To manage and streamline billing and commercial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across invoicing, dispatch, and documentation processes in support of manufacturing and supply chain activities.???? Key Responsibilities Invoice Management: Oversee preparation, verification, and processing of invoices with accuracy and compliance. Dispatch Oversight: Supervise dispatch schedules, logistics coordination, and timely delivery of goods. Commercial Documentation: Maintain purchase orders, delivery challans, GRNs, and statutory records. Vendor & Customer Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and customers for smooth transactions. Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to GST, excise, and statutory requirements; support audits. MIS & Reporting: Generate periodic reports on billing, dispatch, and commercial activities. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with production, warehouse, and finance teams to align operations with business goals.???? Desired Candidate Profile Industry Background: 7–10 years in manufacturing (cosmetics, oils, chemicals, FMCG, or related). Functional Expertise: Strong knowledge of invoicing, dispatch, logistics, and documentation. ERP Systems: Hands‑on experience with SAP, Oracle, Tally, and MIS reporting. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with GST, excise, and statutory compliance. Soft Skills: Detail‑oriented, strong communication, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to coordinate across teams.????
