BIM/CAD Professionals (Technician to Manager) — New CairoWe are currently partnering with a leading multidisciplinary design consultancy with a strong presence across the region to significantly grow its BIM/CAD function in New Cairo — one of the office's largest active searches, spanning BIM Engineer, BIM Coordinator, Junior BIM Coordinator, BIM/CAD Technician, Senior BIM/CAD Technician, BIM/CAD Modeler, Senior BIM/CAD, BIM/CAD, Graphics/CAD/BIM, BIM Manager, and Senior BIM Technician-Mechanical.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage BIM models across architecture, structural, MEP, and landscape disciplinesEnsure model accuracy, coordination, and clash detection across teamsSupport BIM standards, protocols, and training across the office (senior/manager levels)Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams throughout the project lifecycleRequirementsExperience range for this posting: 1-12+ years, depending on level (Technician through Manager)Experience with Revit, Navisworks, and/or AutoCAD, appropriate to levelMiddle East project experience preferred, particularly for senior/manager rolesStrong attention to detail and cross-disciplinary coordination skillsThe Opportunity This is an opportunity to join the Egypt office of a growing regional consultancy and be part of a rapidly scaling BIM/CAD function, with genuine opportunities to grow into more senior coordination and leadership roles as the New Cairo team expands.
