Responsibilities:Assist in the creation of architectural designs, drawings, and models using Revit and other design software.Support the development and coordination of architectural design solutions for various projects.Prepare and maintain construction documentation, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and detail drawings.Collaborate with the project team to ensure that designs meet client requirements and comply with applicable codes and regulations.Conduct site analysis and assist with preparing reports and presentations.Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to integrate building systems into the design model.Perform quality control checks on Revit models and drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.Assist in the preparation of design presentations for clients and stakeholders.Participate in project meetings and collaborate with other team members to resolve design issues.Contribute to project documentation and help maintain project files.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.2-4 years of experience in designProficiency in Revit is required; experience with other BIM software is a plus.Basic knowledge of architectural design principles and construction documentation.Understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards.Strong skills in creating 2D and 3D drawings and models in Revit.Knowledge of drafting standards and construction techniques.
