Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for a BIM Manager. The BIM Manager will oversee and coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, ensuring accurate and efficient digital representation of building projects. Responsibilities include leading BIM coordination sessions, managing virtual design workflows, and collaborating with teams such as architects and MEP engineers. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, troubleshooting design issues, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. QualificationsProficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM CoordinationExperience with Virtual Design and Construction practicesStrong architectural knowledge and ability to collaborate with architectural teamsUnderstanding and experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systemsExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficient in BIM software applications such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar toolsRelevant degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in construction or engineering projects is an asset
