This role requires hands-on involvement in model production, team supervision, and technical delivery, while acting as the Lead Appointed Party under ISO 19650 for assigned projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as Lead Appointed Party for BIM delivery in accordance with ISO 19650, with formal authority to accept, reject, or delay information deliveries that do not meet agreed standards and client Exchange Information Requirements (EIR)Develop and maintain project-level BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDP), and review/approve Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDP) submitted by design disciplinesEstablish and manage Common Data Environment (CDE) structures using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360, including project setup, access control, folder structures, workflow configuration, status codes, and information containers (Work in Progress, Shared, Published, Archive)Lead multidisciplinary coordination efforts, chairing clash detection reviews, coordination meetings, and issue resolution sessions with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and specialist disciplinesEnforce BIM standards, protocols, and quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650, BSRIA BG6 guidance for MEP, and client specificationsSupervise and mentor project BIM teams on Revit best practices, family creation, parametric modeling, and workflow optimization, while maintaining hands-on involvement in complex modeling tasksManage COBie-compliant asset data structuring and delivery for facilities management handover, supporting construction phase information delivery and digital twin integrationPrepare and deliver BIM coordination reports, clash reports, design validation summaries, model quality audits, and lessons learned documentationSupport business development through BIM capability presentations, technical demonstrations, and proposal preparationIdentify and escalate BIM delivery risks early, implementing structured risk management proceduresRequired Qualifications & Experience5+ years progressive experience as BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator, or senior BIM role with significant focus on commercial buildings, data centers and mission critical facilitiesProven application of ISO 19650 on live projects, including experience as Lead Appointed Party or within ISO 19650-compliant frameworks, with working knowledge of EIR, BEP, MIDP, TIDP documentationAdvanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, MEP) including parametric modeling, family creation, phasing, worksets, design options, view templates, and advanced scheduling, with hands-on modeling experienceExpert-level experience with Common Data Environments (CDE) including Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360 administration, and strong expertise in Navisworks for 3D coordination, clash detection, and 4D sequencingPractical experience with COBie asset data structuring and familiarity with BSRIA BG6 Building Services BIM guidanceSignificant experience with projects in GCC and broader EMEA region, with understanding of regional BIM maturity levels, local codes, and stakeholder dynamicsStrong technical background in building services engineering with ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, understand construction methods, building systems, and MEP coordination requirementsExcellent communication and presentation skills with ability to explain technical BIM concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead coordination meetingsProactive, structured approach with demonstrated ability to manage delivery risk and hold authority to challenge non-compliant informationBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline;
