Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for a BIM Manager. The BIM Manager will oversee Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, ensuring accurate and efficient design and construction practices. Daily responsibilities include managing BIM coordination for multiple projects, supervising BIM teams, implementing virtual design tools, and collaborating with architectural and MEP teams. The role also involves ensuring compliance with project standards and contributing to the development of innovative design solutions.QualificationsProficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM CoordinationExpertise in Virtual Design and in-depth knowledge of architectureExperience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systemsStrong project management and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesFamiliarity with industry-standard BIM software and toolsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related fieldPrevious experience in the transportation or construction sector is a plus
