City Parking offers a dynamic environment for individuals interested in technology-driven urban mobility solutions.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Blue-collar Recruiter role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Blue-collar Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for operational and field positions, including drivers, attendants, technicians, and other frontline roles. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and coordinating assessment and selection processes. The recruiter will collaborate closely with operations and HR teams to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and ensure timely hiring to support ongoing projects. Responsibilities also include maintaining candidate databases, scheduling interviews and medical checks, preparing job offers, supporting onboarding, and ensuring recruitment processes comply with company policies and local labor regulations. The role requires regular interaction with external agencies, training centers, and community partners to build and sustain a strong talent pipeline.Qualifications Strong talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination of end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar roles.Experience with workforce planning, job profiling, and collaborating with operations or HR teams to understand role requirements and staffing priorities.Proficiency in maintaining recruitment records, applicant tracking, and using basic HR systems or spreadsheets to manage pipelines and reports.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels and work effectively with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of local labor laws, employment practices, and compliance requirements related to hiring blue-collar and frontline employees in Egypt.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.Problem-solving mindset, negotiation skills, and ability to handle high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced, operational environment.Previous experience recruiting for blue-collar, logistics, facilities, construction, or similar operational roles is highly preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Fluency in Arabic and good command of English (written and spoken);
