#AGreen is Hiring Blueberry Sector Manager.#Duties & Responsibilities:• Lead the overall blueberry sector strategy and annual production planning. • Develop and execute long-term crop development and expansion plans. • Set yield, quality, and cost targets aligned with company objectives. • Oversee all blueberry farms and production units. • Supervise daily farm operations across all production sites.• Ensure proper execution of planting, pruning, pollination, harvesting, and post-harvest handling.• Monitor crop performance across locations and ensure consistency in quality and productivity.• Oversee irrigation, fertigation, and nutrient management programs.• Coordinate with agronomists and technical teams to conduct soil and crop analyses.• Minimize crop losses and improve fruit quality standards.• Ensure compliance with Global G.A.P., GAP, and all relevant export standards.• Maintain food safety, traceability, and audit readiness.• Ensure adherence to environmental and sustainability requirements.• Lead farm managers, agronomists, supervisors, and technical teams.• Build high-performance teams and ensure continuous training and development.• Conduct performance evaluations and succession planning for key roles.• Ensure workforce efficiency and discipline across all sites.• Manage sector budgets, cost control, and resource optimization.• Provide insights and recommendations to top management.#Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or related field (master’s preferred). • 8–12 years of experience in high-value crop production. • Minimum 5 years in a managerial role in berry or similar export crops. • Strong experience in large-scale farm or multi-site agricultural operations. • Proven track record in yield improvement and cost optimization. #To Apply, send your CV to:📧 hiring@elbannagroup.org📱 WhatsApp: 01127994847
