BMS Operator

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a BMS (Building Management Systems) Operator based in Cairo, Egypt. The BMS Operator will oversee the operation and monitoring of building management systems to ensure optimal performance and efficient functioning. Daily responsibilities include managing facility systems, performing inspections, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all building systems comply with safety and regulatory standards. The role involves close collaboration with other departments to maintain operational standards and ensure seamless facilities management.Qualifications Proficiency in Building Management Systems (BMS) and Management Systems Experience in Building Maintenance and Facility Management (FM) Knowledge of operational processes and equipment used in building infrastructure Strong troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving system issues Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Previous experience in similar roles within large-scale facilities or complex projects preferred Relevant certifications in BMS or related fields are a plus A degree in Engineering, Building Services, or a related field is advantageous
