Job PurposeManage and oversee the entire Body and Paint workshop operations to ensure high-quality vehicle repair and painting services, maximum customer satisfaction, and operational profitability.Responsibilities:Manage, lead, and develop the Body and Paint workshop team, including technicians and paintersCoordinate workshop activities to ensure timely completion of body repairs and painting tasksEnsure adherence to company standards and safety regulations within the workshopMonitor quality control to maintain high standards of workManage workshop resources, including tools, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiencyDevelop and manage budgets and schedules for the workshop operationsOversee customer communication to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns related to body and paint servicesImplement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop productivity and service qualityEnsure compliance with warranty and insurance policies related to body and paint repairsRequirementsBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, automotive technology, or a related field5+ years of experience in body and paint workshop management within the automotive industryStrong knowledge of automotive body repair and painting techniquesExcellent leadership and team management skillsGood understanding of workshop safety standards and proceduresStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage budgets and resources effectively
