Review the receipt of goods from the main warehouse and branches.Review the issuance of goods to the main warehouse, branches, and suppliers.Conduct weekly, monthly, and annual inventory counts and finalize related reports.Prepare reports as required by the Branch Manager.Coordinate between all departments based on business needs.Prepare vehicle movement schedules according to work requirements and monitor them via GPS.Supervise vehicle maintenance schedules.Record commercial sales invoices and their payment details.Enter inter-branch transfers into the system.Review daily invoices (manual vs. system entries).Perform other related duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in operations, warehouse, or administrative roles.Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data entry.Ability to handle reports and follow up on daily operations.Good organizational and coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.Attention to detail and accuracy.Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes (preferred).
