Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Branch Operations Management:Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments. Financial Management: Handle all accounting activities including cash management, invoicing, collections, and expense tracking.Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational reports. Budget Control: Monitor branch expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets.Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle client inquiries or issues professionally.Inventory Monitoring: Supervise stock levels and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.Team Supervision: Manage branch staff, ensure productivity, and maintain discipline.Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, financial regulations, and internal controls. Coordination: Liaise with head office departments such as finance, HR, and operations.Problem Solving: Address operational or financial issues promptly and effectively.B. Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience:Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration. Professional Experience: 3–6 years of experience in accounting or branch management.Experience in retail, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is a plus.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
