Oversee day-to-day operations including staff scheduling, facility maintenance, and equipment upkeep.Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout the facility.Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.Recruit, hire, train, and supervise fitness trainers, front desk staff, and Housekeeping crew.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.Address customer concerns and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.Maintain relationships with members and ensure their goals are supported.Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals.Monitor expenses and manage budget effectively.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.Implement and enforce policies and procedures.Keep statistical and financial records.Provide Regular Reports. Female Candidates only.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.At Least 3 years of experience as a Fitness Center Manager or similar role.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Knowledge of fitness equipment and health and safety standards.Ability to work rotational shiftds , including evenings and weekends as needed.Strong Physical Fitness & a professional Appearance.Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
