Follow up on delivery orders and manage the routing of distribution vehicles.Collaborate with the logistics department to ensure timely stock supply.Manage branch expenses efficiently and minimize unnecessary costs.Follow up on customer receivables, bounced checks, and overdue payments.Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance using Oracle ERP.Review and validate customer documents, account openings, and changes.Approve staff attendance, leaves, and field visits.Lead, coach, and train the branch team to meet performance goals.
