With decades of industry expertise, advanced manufacturing capabilities, and a customer-centric approach, we continue to expand our operations to better serve the market.Position Details :Job Title: Branch ManagerLocation: Mansoura, EgyptEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Purpose :The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing branch operations, driving sales performance, leading the team, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives while maintaining company standards for service quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities :Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.Drive and achieve sales targets through effective planning and team leadership.Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to enhance performance and productivity.Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated issues professionally.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to maintain optimal stock.Implement company policies and operational standards.Prepare regular reports on sales performance, KPIs, and team productivity.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Ensure accurate cash handling and compliance with financial controls.Maintain a professional, safe, and organized branch environment.Qualifications & Requirements :Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (Branch Manager or Supervisor level).Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage KPIs.Good understanding of branch/retail operations and customer service standards.Strong organizational and reporting skills.How to ApplyPlease send your CV to: Samah.Elmasry@drgreiche.net
