They are focused on bringing more structure, direction, and performance to their affiliate efforts by transforming the channel into a scalable and intentional revenue driver.LocationFully remote | 9 AM - 5 PM ESTRole OverviewThe Brand Ambassador Coordinator will own and optimize the brand’s ambassador and affiliate ecosystem, focusing on engagement, performance, and scalability. This role is centered on managing an existing network, improving communication and processes, and ensuring the program contributes meaningfully to revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Ownership & StrategyOwn the structure, processes, and long-term strategy of the ambassador programDevelop scalable systems for activation, engagement, and performance trackingEstablish campaign cadence and program rhythmAmbassador Communication & EngagementServe as the primary point of contact for ambassador communicationsCreate and distribute monthly briefs, campaign guidelines, and updatesEnsure ambassadors remain aligned, informed, and engagedAffiliate & Revenue OptimizationMonitor and improve affiliate performance across the programIdentify top performers and areas for growthImplement strategies to increase revenue contributionCampaign & Content CoordinationAlign ambassador efforts with product launches and marketing initiativesProvide direction on content themes, messaging, and prioritiesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure consistencyEnsure ambassador-generated content is aligned and effectively distributed across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channelsPlatform & Tool ManagementManage platforms such as LoudCrowd, ShopMy, or similar toolsMaintain organized systems for tracking and reportingReporting & InsightsTrack key metrics including participation, engagement, and salesDeliver insights and recommendationsContinuously optimize program performanceQualificationsExperience3–5+ years of experience in affiliate, ambassador, partnerships, or community rolesExperience with e-commerce or consumer brands preferredSkillsStrong communication and organizational skillsExperience managing structured programs or communitiesFamiliarity with affiliate or ambassador platformsUnderstanding of content performance across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and similar platforms, and its impact on affiliate resultsGrowth and revenue-oriented mindsetHighly organized and process-driven approachStrong ownership, accountability, and proactive collaboration skillsWhat Success Looks LikeIncreased ambassador engagement and participationGrowth in affiliate-driven revenueMore structured and scalable program operationsClear visibility into performance and growth opportunitiesOpportunityThis role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of a growing ambassador and affiliate program within a fast-scaling brand.
