The team is dedicated to delivering thoughtfully designed, high-touch experiences for discerning travelers and brands.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Brand Designer role based in Downtown Cairo, Egypt. The Brand Designer will develop and refine visual identities for City & the Sea and its sub-brands across digital and print touchpoints, including logos, typography, color systems, and layout design. Daily responsibilities include creating brand assets for campaigns, social media, presentations, and event collateral, as well as ensuring consistency of visual language across all customer-facing materials. The person in this role will collaborate with marketing, events, and leadership teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual concepts and brand guidelines. They will also participate in brainstorming sessions, maintain a library of brand assets, and prepare production-ready files for internal and external partners.QualificationsStrong foundation in Brand Identity and Brand Design, with experience building or evolving cohesive visual systems.Proficiency in Visual Design and Graphic Design for both digital and print applications.Hands-on experience in Branding, including brand guideline development and multi-channel implementation.Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).Portfolio demonstrating high-quality brand and visual design work, ideally within hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors.Ability to translate strategic and creative briefs into clear visual concepts and deliverables under tight timelines.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback and work cross-functionally.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Strong attention to detail, sense of aesthetics, and understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills and familiarity with MENA markets are a plus.
