Develop and execute brand strategies and annual brand plans for the pets portfolio in line with business objectives.Lead product positioning, messaging, and value proposition tailored to pet owners and veterinarians.Manage product lifecycle including launches, relaunches, and portfolio optimization.Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.Analyze market trends, consumer insights, competitive landscape, and sales data to drive informed decisions.Work closely with Sales, Medical/Technical, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution.Own brand budgets, monitor ROI, and optimize marketing spend.Lead agency relationships (creative, media, digital) and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.Support sales teams with strong brand tools, campaigns, and promotional materials.Track brand KPIs including market share, brand awareness, campaign performance, and profitability. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or related field.Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Brand Management within the Consumer Health / FMCG / OTC industry.Previous exposure to Pets, Nutrition, Wellness, or Healthcare brands is highly preferred.Strong understanding of Consumer Behavior, Brand Positioning, and Go-To-Market strategies.Proven experience in managing integrated Marketing Campaigns and Product Launches.Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Experience working in regulated industries is a strong advantage.
