Brand Manager

We’re looking for a Brand Manager who operates at the intersection of brand and commercial performance. This role is not just about storytelling — it’s about using brand to drive growth, influence purchasing decisions, and strengthen FamBeef’s position in the market. You’ll be responsible for translating our quality and full-cycle control into clear, compelling reasons for customers to choose us.<br> <br> You will own how our products show up across the market — from positioning and pricing to launches and in-market execution. This includes shaping the product portfolio, supporting sell-through of key SKUs, and ensuring every touchpoint (packaging, retail presence, content) contributes to conversion and not just awareness. You’ll work closely with sales and operations to align brand decisions with real business outcomes.<br> <br> A big part of the role is identifying what’s working and what’s not — analyzing product performance, spotting gaps, and turning insights into action. Whether it’s repositioning a product, refining messaging, or improving how we show up on shelf, you’ll be expected to move fast and make decisions that impact revenue and growth.<br> <br> This is a hands-on role for someone with strong commercial instinct and a bias for execution.
