Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market presence and drive growth for assigned dairy product lines.Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for brand positioning and differentiation.Manage the brand’s annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and effective ROI on promotional activities.Collaborate with product development, sales, and retail teams to launch new products and support existing product portfolios.Oversee the creation and execution of advertising, digital, and in-store promotional materials in line with brand guidelines.Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve key performance indicators.Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand messaging.Champion the brand’s values and vision internally and externally, acting as a brand ambassador at industry events and trade shows.Ensure all brand communications comply with regulatory standards and reflect the company’s commitment to quality and integrity.
