Job Description :Supplier Management (Day-to-Day Communication, Business Planning, Reporting…etc.)Placing orders (trucks and buses) in the Fuso portal and following up on the orders until arrival Revising DA with supplier and discuss any modification required in the agreements.Following up on the operation activities as placing orders, tracking shipments, LC issuance, etc.Assisting the sales team heads and ensuring full supportAssisting in initiating the sales strategy and its implementation, setting target for each sales channel according to market demandMonitoring the market coverage and sales performance in the fleet and governmental sales channel.Handling the stock control in coordination with sales, planning, and production teams.Set marketing plan and follow-up on the implementation process with the marketing teamMonitor Parts availability and stock levelMonitor workshop activities and ensure high level of customer satisfactionFollow-up on the warranty claims and adhering to MFTBC policyMonitor the customer satisfaction level in all business functions and improve it continuouslyExpand the sales channels through dealers and bodybuilders network. Monitor and direct dealers’ sales activities.Conduct the required trainings to the Dealers’ sales team.Taking part in joint visits to dealers and BBs.Report to the management with regards to reviews, analyses, objectives, and planned activitiesCommunicate with his staff constantly and ensure the effectiveness of this communication.Supervise and control the employees reporting directly to him.Provide support for the professional development of employees reporting directly to him.Prepare and monitor monthly incentives for general services employees.Job Requirements :Educational Requirements: Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, industrial, or electromechanical) or a related fieldRequired Industry Experience: Minimum 6 Years of ExperienceTechnological Requirements: Excellent command of Microsoft SuitesLanguage Requirements: Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
