Role SummaryThis role requires someone who can independently own revenue-driving accounts, deeply understand campaign models and internal processes, and translate client requirements into structured product inputs and scalable solutions.The ideal candidate combines strong commercial account management experience with exposure to SaaS or product environments and is highly accountable, proactive, and comfortable operating cross-functionally with minimal supervision.Core Responsibilities:Account Management:Own and manage performance & influencer marketing accountsDrive ROAS-based influencer campaign performanceLead performance reviews, optimizations, and growth planningEnsure retention and account expansionIdentify and drive upsell opportunities across existing accountsBuild and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships, positioning yourself as a strategic partner rather than an execution point of contactKnowledge in GTM strategy (Go To Market) is a plusProduct & Internal Stakeholder Collaboration (Internal-Facing)Work closely with Product Management as a stakeholderLearn and deeply understand Internal processes and Campaign requirements with the Commercial models offeredTranslate customer requirements into:Clear product requirements, Structured feedback, Process improvement inputs with Providing organized, actionable insights3. Process & Cross-Functional Coordination:Coordinate with internal teams (Business Intelligence, Operations, Finance, Influencer, Product, etc.)Identify gaps in account management workflowsProactively improve internal processesAlign across departments to reduce friction and inefficienciesOwnership Expectations:Takes full ownership of accounts and tasks, Remains accountable for outcomesProactive, solution-oriented, Escalates with structure and solutions. Requires limited supervisionRequired Experience:5–7 years total experience3+ years in Account Management or Customer SuccessExperience managing performance-based accounts (e-commerce, SaaS, marketplace, or similar)Exposure to SaaS or product environmentsPrior experience working cross-functionally with Product teamsStrong data literacy and comfort with dashboardsIdeal Background:Performance marketing / influencer marketing / affiliate experienceAgency + product exposureComfortable in structured, KPI-driven environments
