Branding & Creative ManagerDepartment: Brand & CreativeReporting To: PMO / Managing DirectorRole OverviewThe Branding & Creative Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and executing the visual identity and creative direction of all company brands, concepts, and marketing assets. The role combines hands-on brand development with creative leadership, ensuring consistency across branding, packaging, digital platforms, advertising, social media, and content production.The successful candidate will lead the company's creative pipeline, oversee coordination between graphic design, video production, AI content creation, and external suppliers, while personally developing brand identities, visual systems, and creative concepts that support business growth.Key Responsibilities1. Brand Development & Identity CreationDevelop brand concepts, positioning directions, and visual identity recommendations for new brands and business ventures.Design and create logos, brand identity systems, and brand guidelines.Define typography, color palettes, visual language, imagery style, and brand assets.Ensure consistency of brand application across all customer touchpoints.Conduct competitor and market reviews to identify branding opportunities and trends.2. Creative Strategy & DirectionLead the creative vision for all brands and campaigns.Translate business objectives into compelling creative concepts.Develop creative directions for product launches, campaigns, activations, and marketing initiatives.Ensure all creative output aligns with brand positioning and business goals.3. Creative Team & Workflow ManagementOrchestrate the company's creative production pipeline.Manage and coordinate workflows between graphic designers, video editors, AI creators, and external creative partners.Prepare detailed creative briefs and ensure proper execution.Review, approve, and refine creative work before final delivery.Maintain creative quality standards across all projects.4. Social Media & Content DevelopmentOversee the creative content pipeline for all brands.Create detailed content briefs for designers and content creators.Ensure social media content remains visually engaging and brand-consistent.Develop creative concepts for organic and paid content.Monitor content performance and recommend creative improvements.5. Paid Advertising CreativeDevelop high-performing creative concepts for Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and other advertising platforms.Create ad creative briefs, visual concepts, and campaign messaging directions.Work closely with marketing teams to optimize creative performance.Ensure ad creatives are designed for conversion and engagement.6. Website UI/UX DesignDesign website structures, user journeys, wireframes, and user interfaces.Create visually appealing and conversion-focused website experiences.Collaborate with web developers to ensure proper implementation.Ensure consistency between website design and overall brand identity.7. Packaging Design & ProductionDevelop packaging concepts and packaging artwork.Prepare print-ready packaging files and specifications.Coordinate with printing houses and packaging suppliers.Review proofs, color matching, materials, and production samples.Ensure compliance with printing and packaging standards.8. AI & Creative InnovationExplore and implement AI tools to improve creative workflows.Develop AI-generated visual concepts, mockups, and creative assets.Identify new technologies that enhance design efficiency and creative quality.Required QualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Branding, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.Experience5+ years of experience in branding, graphic design, creative management, or related fields.Proven experience creating brands from concept to launch.Experience managing creative projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.Required SkillsBranding & CreativeStrong expertise in brand strategy and visual identity development.Advanced logo design and branding capabilities.Strong understanding of packaging design and production processes.Excellent creative thinking and conceptual development skills.Design SoftwareProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Familiarity with Figma and UI/UX design tools.Ability to prepare production-ready artwork and print files.Printing & PackagingStrong understanding of:CMYK, RGB, Pantone color systems.Packaging materials and production methods.Printing specifications and artwork preparation.Dielines and packaging technical requirements.Color matching and print quality control.Content & DigitalUnderstanding of social media content creation.Knowledge of paid advertising creative best practices.Understanding of UI/UX principles and website design.Additional AdvantagesKnowledge of AI creative tools.Experience with video editing software.Motion graphics experience.Photography or content production experience.Key Success IndicatorsConsistent and professional branding across all company brands.High-quality creative output delivered on time.Effective management of creative workflows and resources.Strong engagement and performance of creative content and paid advertisements.Successful delivery of packaging and branding projects with minimal revisions.Continuous improvement of the company's creative standards and brand presence.
