Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ad-Duqqi for a Building Automation Systems Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining building automation systems (BAS) to optimize energy efficiency and system performance. Daily tasks include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, integrating and programming BAS software and hardware, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Collaboration with clients to customize systems according to their specific needs is also a key responsibility. Qualifications Technical expertise in Building Automation Systems (BAS), including design, programming, and integration Proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC systems and their automation Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills in BAS-related hardware and software Experience with project management, installation processes, and coordinating with cross-functional teams Understanding of industry standards, energy efficiency guidelines, and regulatory compliance Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Relevant certification in BAS technology and systems integration is a plus
