Building & Facility Management Internship

Mission We are offering an internship opportunity for a motivated Civil Engineering student to actively participate alongside our engineers in handover inspections of civil assets, including two new stations scheduled to open soon.The intern will gain hands-on exposure to the handover phase of construction projects, with a strong focus on building and facility management activities. This internship aims to provide practical experience in reviewing, inspecting, and supporting the transition of civil works from construction to operation Profile Key ResponsibilitiesSupport engineers during handover inspections of civil assetsAssist in identifying and documenting defects, snags, and outstanding worksParticipate in site visits for new stations prior to openingHelp review technical documentation, drawings, and handover recordsSupport coordination between construction, engineering, and facility management teamsContribute to reports related to asset condition and readiness for operationEducational BackgroundEnrolled in a Civil Engineering degree (or related field)Specialization or interest in Building and Facility Management is requiredSkills & CompetenciesBasic knowledge of civil construction and building systemsInterest in asset handover, inspections, and facility managementGood attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentWillingness to conduct site visits and work on-site when required
